SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship standard "off-the-shelf" orders within 1 to 2 business days. How long it takes to get to you depends where you are located. If you have a tight timeline and need to know exact shipping details please contact us and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives when you need it.

Shipping Estimates:
Canada - 2 to 6 business days
USA - 2 to 10 business days
International - 5 to 20 business days (air), 30 to 90 days (ocean)

Custom designed solar products and systems (e.g. non "off-the-shelf" products) that require special order, design, labour or assembly, may require additional time. Please contact Alto Solar prior to confirming any large orders for an estimate on shipping time and cost.
While we have done our best to provide accurate and fair shipping costs for all products on the product pages, some over-sized and / or heavier products (e.g. batteries, rigid solar PV modules greater than 300W, or complete systems) may require a customized shipping quotation for the destination address. In the event that a quoted shipping cost can not be honoured, Alto Solar will advise the buyer and provide the option to either (1) proceed with revised shipping cost, or (2) cancel and refund the order in full.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are costly and time consuming for any merchant including Alto Solar. Please keep this in mind before placing an order and feel free to call or email us if you are unsure of anything prior to confirming an order. Minimizing returns will help both you and us by keeping our prices low.

Standard "off-the-shelf" solar products purchased through the Alto Solar online shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and exclude the cost of shipping. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable once a product has shipped.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the original packaging in new and re-sellable condition with all supplied components and documentation intact. Alto Solar may reject the return or may impose additional charges if any components are missing or damaged.
Custom designed solar products and systems (e.g. non "off-the-shelf" products) are excluded from the return policy and can not be returned. This applies to any product or system that requires​ special order, design, labour or assembly per the buyer's specifications.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
